I created Think Brick Dynamics to focus on what I’ve always believed is every organisation’s greatest asset: its people.

Over more than 30 years in the technology industry, I’ve worked across leadership, sales, presales, and value consulting roles in complex enterprise environments. What’s stayed consistent throughout my career is a belief that real progress happens when people are given the space, structure, and confidence to think together.

I’ve spent much of my career helping teams navigate ambiguity, align around what matters, and turn insight into action. That work has taken many forms, from enterprise sales and account planning to real-time strategy sessions and facilitation. The common thread is helping people make sense of complexity and move forward with clarity.

Think Brick Dynamics exists to create those moments of clarity.

Through facilitated conversations and real-time strategy sessions, I help teams surface what’s really going on, explore different perspectives, and commit to actions they actually believe in. I often use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology as part of this work, not as an activity, but as a way to make thinking visible, shared, and tangible.

My aim is simple.
To help teams think clearly when things are complex, and act with confidence when it matters most.
